SCUFF

Privacy Policy

Last updated July 31, 2026

SCUFF is an event, ticketing, and promoter platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how people can contact us about their data.

Information we collect

We may collect account details, contact details, event activity, ticket orders, device information, support messages, and promoter application information.

We may use an approximate location inferred from your IP address to order nearby events. If you choose to allow iOS Location Services, SCUFF may also use your device location for venue entry and location features such as avísame.

If you connect Instagram or another Meta account for SCUFF Select®, we may receive the profile information, account identifiers, media, comments, and insights that you authorize through Meta.

How we use information

Sharing

We share information only with service providers, payment providers, event partners where needed to provide tickets or access, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

To estimate a city-level location, we may send the request IP address to an IP-geolocation service. SCUFF uses the returned estimate for event ordering and does not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, keep records, resolve disputes, enforce terms, and meet legal requirements.

The IP-derived coordinates used to order events are not saved to your SCUFF account.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us. You can also disconnect Meta access from your Meta account settings.

You can decline iOS location access during onboarding and change location access later in iOS Settings.
